With the Latin for eight, “octo”, OCTUM‘s journey begins in 1996 as a limited liability company with eight employees – a spin-off from the Steinbeis Transfer Center for Machine Vision in Heilbronn.
From that moment on, we have gone on to create system solutions for industrial machine vision with motivation and an innovative spirit so that, 20 years later, they still offer customers the original benefits and reliability. An awareness of sustainable and long-lasting customer benefits was also established among employees, and this is close to our hearts today and will remain so in future.
