Presence and Completeness Inspection

The machine vision system checks whether all required products, labels, closures, inserts, package inserts and other packaging components are present and arranged correctly.

Product, Packaging and Variant Inspection

Optical inspection evaluates visible characteristics. It does not replace physical leak testing, seal-integrity testing or seal-strength testing.

Position and Orientation Inspection

Products and packaging components are checked for their intended position and orientation. The calculated position data can also be used for robot-assisted handling and pick-and-place processes.
