A scheduled service covers all assignments that can be agreed and scheduled in advance. These include, for example, maintenance, adjustments, inspections, training sessions or scheduled support visits.
Once we have received your enquiry, OCTUM will assess your requirements and draw up a corresponding quotation. This will be sent to you for review and approval. The service visit will take place once you have placed the order and agreed on a date.
An emergency service is required in the event of an unplanned breakdown, a production stoppage or an urgent fault requiring immediate action.
In such cases, please contact OCTUM directly to request service and confirm that you will cover the costs incurred. This will ensure that your request is prioritised and dealt with as quickly as possible.
