OCTUM is strengthening its presence in the American market: With OCTUM USA Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina, the company now has its own location in the United States. The primary focus is on one thing above all else: providing even faster, more direct, and more efficient support to customers in North, Central, and South America in the future.
This local presence significantly shortens communication channels, coordination processes, and response times. Service calls can be coordinated closer to the customer, time zone differences are minimized, and in many cases, long travel distances from Germany can be avoided. This saves time, reduces effort, and provides greater planning certainty for day-to-day operations.
OCTUM USA will now handle the organizational management of service requests and service calls for customers in the Americas. This includes, among other things, scheduled and unscheduled service calls, the coordination of replacement parts, technical consultations, and support for existing OCTUM testing systems.
At the same time, the close connection to the German headquarters in Ilsfeld will remain in place. Customers thus benefit from a powerful combination: local support in the Americas and the proven engineering, software, and application expertise of OCTUM GmbH in Germany.
