Planned service and emergency support are not the same – and selecting the right type of request helps us respond appropriately.
A planned service assignment can be scheduled in advance. Typical examples include:
- Preventive maintenance
- System adjustments
- Inspections and testing
- Training sessions
- Scheduled technical support
After reviewing the requirements, OCTUM prepares a quotation. The service visit is scheduled after the order has been approved.
Emergency service is intended for unplanned breakdowns, production stoppages or urgent technical faults that require immediate attention.
These requests are prioritized so that the fastest possible response can be coordinated. Selecting emergency service also means directly commissioning OCTUM to carry out the support assignment and accepting the related costs.
Clear information about the situation helps our team identify the correct next steps from the beginning.
